APK Auto Parts understand that there could be several reasons you may need to return a part.

APK does allow the return of brand-new parts for any reason for 14 days from date of invoice, or where a part is suspected to have a warranty issue and is within the warranty period.

Please contact one of the helpful customer service team members straight away to assist with your return.

 

 

Returns can only be accepted using the following return process.

 

If you wish to return due to change of mind, or incorrectly ordered:

  • Contact APK straight away. You have 14 days from the date of invoice to request a RAA Number.
  • Ensure the part/s are brand new, unused, never fitted, or attempted fitment, in their original packaging, and include all original individual parts, accessories and components.
  • Parts being shipped must include Tracking number. (Returns not received do not qualify for replacement or refund.)

Any return not meeting these conditions may delay or prohibit a replacement or refund.

 

To return a part that is suspected to have a warranty issue:

  • Contact APK straight away to request a RAA number. Warranty eligibility is assessed at time of first report of a suspected issue. You have 14 days from date of report to have the part returned.
  • Include all original individual parts, accessories, and components.
  • Ensure the part/s are sufficiently packed to avoid damage or leakage during shipment.
  • Parts being shipped must include Tracking number. (Returns not received do not qualify for replacement or refund.)

Any return not meeting these conditions may delay or prohibit a replacement or refund.

 

All shipped are brand new and in an undamaged condition. If your order appears to have arrived damaged or missing parts, please contact APK straight away. Photographs of any damage will assist the process. APK will offer to replace the affected item/s (or if stocks are exhausted, arrange a return and refund).

 

Your purchase automatically comes with protections under Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
